Welcome to ThriveFit NATurally! I’m a 45-year-old mom of four, and my journey has been one of transformation and resilience. I quit smoking in January 2024 after 32 years, and found a renewed sense of purpose in fitness. I became a lifeguard and earned my NPLQ certification, all while diving into callisthenics and strength training, which I started in July 2024.
As I navigate the challenges of perimenopause, and learning to understand the changes my body is going through, I am embracing every step as a part of my journey. Discovering what works for me and what doesn’t and sharing my experiences. My mission is to motivate others to transform their lives, one step at a time, encouraging everyone to thrive naturally.
Here, I’ll be sharing a mix of personal reflections, fitness tips, nutrition advice, delicious recipes, and anything else that relates to my journey. I also offer life coaching on a one to one basis, which you can find more information about in my contact section.
